About our Training Programs:

Designs To Grow offers a wide variety of exceptional skills based training programs led by experienced coaches. All workshops are highly interactive and are infused with a coach approach so as to maximize learning. DTG believes in creating programs where the material can be internalized and implemented in a positive, uplifting and effective way immediately.

One of DTG’s most popular training models right now, requested by some of our favorite clients, is to take our day long trainings and execute these trainings in 1.25 hour increments so that busy professionals can maintain an efficient work schedule while still learning and growing.
